| NOTES: | Another long root bridge, not far from Nongthymmai 3, and similar in length and basic design, but far less well maintained. It is outside of the tourist area, and not well known. The bridge has been very badly damaged by flooding. The structure has been reinforced with steel cables, without which it would be impossible to cross. An attempt is being made to generate a new railing using traditional methods. The condition of the bridge appeared very precarious as of March 2016. |
